To pause your location on Find My iPhone, here's what you need to do:
Open your iPhone's Settings and tap on your Apple ID name at the top. Select "Find My" and then tap "Share My Location." From here, you can toggle off "Share My Location" to temporarily pause location sharing while keeping Find My iPhone's security features active.
