Many are wondering if it is worthwhile to purchase the next-generation version of NBA 2K21 if they already possess it on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, or 2K21 MT even if the match is any good at all. I have played with a ton of NBA 2K21 on current-gen, but I admit, I experienced it with one foot out the door in anticipation of this next-gen release. I have been fortunate enough to have access to the next-gen variant for awhile, and I have already logged an obscene number of hours on it in a variety of modes.

Let's take a look at the good, bad and the bottom line with the next-generation version of NBA 2K21. Mainly Beautiful Visuals - a few of those leaves and screenshots you could pull are simply amazing. Even displays of items, legs, hands, shoes, etc. . occasionally cause an even longer double take than we have seen in previous games. I had heard one of those console makers believed 2K was the most beautiful next-gen game, and I could see why. With the exception of a few variables --that I will discuss shortly--2K on next-gen looks incredible. Most of the videos you'll see on YouTube do not do the game justice because of system limits for capturing. It looks fantastic on a 4K display with HDR and the right color balance.

Smoothest Animations Ever in a Basketball Game - The attractiveness goes past still shots. Seeing the players and objects move on the courtroom is an amazing visual. It seems a little over-dramatic, but fundamental movements and physics such as that in 2K are awe-inspiring. Stunning Environments - To put a bow on the visual adore, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the surroundings. It feels like the arenas are a living organism and if you've ever been to a live NBA game, you know how busy the building is the time that the players are around the field playing, and the coaching team do their thing on the sidelines. 2K21 on next-gen correctly captures that hustle and bustle, and it is best appreciated throughout the pre-game festivities.

Inconsistent Renders - Some of the participant renders are straight port ups out of current-gen, and a good number of them were not all that true on these consoles. A few of the players using darker complexions are baked into a level which makes them appear almost impossibly dark. Perhaps some of this is really a product of HDR that may accentuate the dark levels of the image, but players enjoy Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics and Taurean Prince of the Brooklyn Nets come to mind with this issue. Nevertheless, it appears help is on the way with players being scanned. Still a fantastic quantity of Clipping - Among those things I'd expected to see less of on next-gen was clipping. Unfortunately, the next-gen version of Buy NBA 2K MT Coins has as much passthrough as the current-gen version. Do not get me wrong, I know it is virtually impossible to remove this completely. However, because it is such a generally referenced dilemma, I believed I had to inform everyone who has yet to play the sport, which clipping is nevertheless current.
