Announced during The Elder Scrolls Online 2022 global reveal, adventurers of Tamriel will soon have the opportunity to explore locations never before seen in The Elder Scrolls games. With the upcoming new chapter, The Elder Scrolls Online High Isle, the ESO development team wants to take players to a whole new place and tell different types of stories they might have experienced in 2020 and 2021.

This year, the team focused on the Breton race and delved into the culture and history of their medieval style. Aside from its unique biome and aesthetic, High Isle has never been explored in any The Elder Scrolls game, so the chance to join The Elder Scrolls' rich lore and explore a brand new location is really exciting!

In order to fully explore the Breton culture, the team decided to develop a brand new environment for this year's adventure: the Systres Archipelago, including High Isle and the island of Amenos.
